The Finger Lakes Mindfulness Mediation Group is offering free, open meditation sittings to meditators of all levels. Through periods of silent meditation and a facilitated discussion, we will explore how awareness of the present moment can help calm and steady our life experiences. Instructions will be provided to those who are new to meditation. Please bring a cushion from home if you wish to sit on the floor; chairs are also available.
